These terms and conditions refer to the way of using the website together with the contracting conditions that will govern the provision of services and the sale of products, as the case may be. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate both the provision of information and the commercial relations that arise between DMV Balloons & More and the users of this website. By using and browsing this website, as well as by using the services offered, you acquire the status of user.
By browsing this website, the user accepts these terms and conditions without reservations of any kind. DMV Balloons & More reserves the right to modify the Legal Notice and these terms and conditions, either to adapt legislative and jurisprudential developments or for commercial adaptations.

Services and Products
The use and provision of any of the services offered on the website imply acceptance as a user, without reservations of any kind, to each and every one of the contracting conditions.
To proceed with the acquisition of the different products and services, the user must follow all the indications and instructions on each screen. At the time of purchase, the price of the product will be displayed, including taxes. The cost of shipping is not included since this is a service provided by the shipping company and must be paid separately depending on the shipping area or region. Once the order has been received, DMV Balloons & More will send an email confirming the purchase.
Only products that have been confirmed to the customer via e-mail and payment confirmed can be delivered. This e-mail will assign a purchase reference code, and will detail the characteristics of the product, its price, and shipping costs. If you do not agree with the information contained in the E-mail, you can request their modification or cancellation of the order until 00:00 hours on the same day of receipt of the confirmation. In this way we will suspend the shipment and the user would avoid incurring possible shipping costs.
When it comes to balloon arrangements and decorations, the customer should keep in mind the following:
- Balloons are disposable items, subject to wear by environmental conditions. Cold (air conditioning or environmental) can make balloons appear deflated, but when the temperature rises it recovers its normal state.
- You should not expose the balloons to high temperatures for a long time, as it may cause the balloon to burst. Balloons should never be stored in a vehicle.
- We are not responsible for the wear and tear of the balloons. Damaged balloons will not be replaced or repaired. The client is responsible for their care.
- Once the arrangement is delivered, no changes or replacements will be made without exception. No exchanges or returns on balloons without exception.
Product Availability
The products that are shown on the website, whether in advertisements, banners or images, are subject to availability and there is a clear difference between those that are available and those that are not. If it happens that a product that is indicated to you is available and you select to buy a number greater than the available stock, at that moment the system will not allow you to make the purchase.
Delivery conditions
Our services are offered in the city of Woodbridge, Virginia. Products can be shipped to any postal address within the United States upon prior agreement and payment to the shipping service company. At the time of making the purchase, you can choose the day and time range for delivery.
Bouquets and decorations with balloons
We make your arrangement as close to the image as possible. We remind you that your arrangement may not have the same balloons, since each one is created for each client and according to what we have in stock. But don’t worry, we keep the desired occasion, quantity, colors and sizes of balloons specified.
Orders
Orders can be placed up to 1 business day before the delivery date, subject to availability. Likewise, payment must be made in advance. We do not handle payments against delivery, all payments must be made in advance. For special dates such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, orders will have to be made with more anticipation.
It is important to provide the complete address so as not to have a problem locating the place of delivery. If there is any special access instruction (key, code, pre-registration, QR code, etc.) please tell us by mail, phone or WhatsApp. In the case of offices, indicate
area/department and extension number. As well as the cell phone of the person to deliver. If complete data is not available, the delivery cannot be made and the consequences arising from said event will be the responsibility of the client.
In case of returning the arrangement or decoration to our physical store and not requesting a new delivery, the customer has a maximum of 3 days to pick it up. After 3 days the arrangement or decoration will be destroyed. Refunds will not be made for unclaimed arrangements, no exceptions.
Once your order is delivered, you will receive an email confirming the delivery.
Payment methods
- Credit card: The most practical way to make payments and it is totally secure.
- Bank transfer: As a concept of the transfer you must indicate the number of your order and your full name. In order for the process to be faster and to process your order as soon as possible, you must send us the proof of the transfer to [email protected]
- Paypal: Secure online payment with credit and debit cards. Remember to have your data updated in Paypal. At DMV Balloons & More we are not responsible for problems arising from errors in your personal data on Paypal.
Sometimes, we may contact you to request documents such as: official identification and card with which you made the payment. To validate your identity and possession of the card, and as a way to prevent fraud.

Cancellation of an order.
To annul or cancel an order, it is necessary to contact us either by phone or by e-mail, a maximum of 4 hours before delivery, for orders placed one day to another. And a maximum of 24 hours before for orders with scheduled deliveries.

Services are managed by DMV Balloons & More, which is located in the state of Virginia. You agree that any conflict related to the terms and conditions described above will be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia in the United States of America.
At the time of placing your order, it is understood that you accept all the terms and conditions described above. The person making the purchase must be at least 18 years of age.
